FYI, Foremost has tendered a settlement offer which I consider to be very fair. Their represntatives were responsive, considerate, and understanding of my situation. Having not been through the process before, I was expecting my claim to be somewhat controversial. Instead, it was transacted courteously, promptly, and in a hassle-free manner..
